As I blogged about a few months ago, RealBird offers real results for real estate listings. Now, RealBird is offering you the option to create a free video using your static photos via Animoto. It’s now super simple to create YouTube videos from your RealBird listings.
After you have created your RealBird listing, click on the yellow Create Video button. This will direct you to the Animoto video website. If you have an Animoto account, you just need to login to your account. If you don’t have an Animoto account, you will be able to create one at that time. With the free Animoto account, you can create a short 30 second video using the photos on your RealBird listing. Those photos are automatically pulled over to your Animoto account when you click the yellow Create Video button.
With the free Animoto account, you are limited in templates and length of time. However, you can add text, move the photos around, shuffle them, rotate them and even add more photos if you would like. You can also add music from Animoto’s library or from an MP3, as long as you have permission to use the music. Animoto’s musical library includes selections from pop, indie rock, jazz, electronica, country, classical, hip hop, latin, gospel and oldies.
Once you finalize your video, you will be allowed to enter a title and description. This is what YouTube will show as your title and description as well. It’s a great place to add keywords and even your contact info and/or web address. Once the video is rendered, you will be able to export it directly to your YouTube account. Animoto does all the work for you. However, you will want to make sure that you add tags and even an annotation or two to your video once YouTube has finished processing the upload. These are great ways to showcase your client’s listing and help drive more traffic to your website.
If you’re confused on how to create your own YouTube video from your RealBird listing, just contact me. I’ll be happy to lend a hand.
